for starters:

Gluten-Free Cheese Pate w/ Fruit...Chef blends seasoned Swiss & Sharp Cheddar Cheeses with horseradish to create this tasty dish.  Served with slices of frsh fruit & flat bread. 

main course:

Pan-Seared Halibut w/ Citrus-Fruit Salsa...we take our large well-seasoned Halibut and pan-sear it to temp.  Chef tops the dish with a Pineapple, Fuji Apple, Korean Pear Salsa with a refreshing zest of lime...enjoy ;) 

just desserts:

Gluten-Free Marscapone Lemon Cheesecake...Fresh lemons are squeezed then blended with sweet marscapone & cream cheese and poured into an almond-rice crisp crust...bueno ;)
